- Abstract
The advantages of targeted poverty alleviation of education are that it can achieve accurate, comprehensive and targeted educational assistance, accomplish the goal of accurate aspirations and intelligence, and stop the intergenerational transmission of poverty. As a result, in recent years, education has become a research hotspot for targeted poverty alleviation. Based on the research and analysis of plenty of literature, this paper summarizes the results of the current study on targeted poverty alleviation of education with the definition and main research perspectives, using the timeline as the primary research direction. It is derived that the targeted poverty alleviation of education is a dynamic process. This process consists of targeted poverty alleviation that realizes precise identification, precise project, accurate implementation and precise effect, and organic integration with economic, cultural, policy, social and other environments. Also, the research perspectives become three-dimensional. The current research perspective focuses on the targeted poverty alleviation of education models, which can involve many other research perspectives. Besides, this paper suggests possible directions for future research.
