The result shown that from three cities that studied, Bali has the best performance since there is no performance gap found. Which means that there is no lost opportunity, and they gain maximum profit. While the other three, still found performance gap. To overcome the gap and improve the process, still need to analyze the Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, Return activities.
