Website: http://seminars.unj.ac.id/iscet2022/ The International Seminar and Conference on Educational Technology (ISCET) 2022 was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, on October 12–13, 2022. This event provides an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge, the result of innovative research and methodology, in several scopes of theory and practice such as utilization and development of learning resources, technology usage in education, blending learning technology and information technology and computing in education. This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, lecturers, students and educational practitioners to meet and share the latest experiences on The 21st Century Trends and Their Impact On Education. The ISCET is organized by The Doctoral Program in Educational Technology of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This international seminar and conference presents competent speakers in their respective fields coming from four countries: The OHIO State of University, The Educational University of Hong Kong, University of Nottingham Malaysia and Universitas Terbuka Indonesia. Each paper has been reviewed by the program committee, total submissions were 43 articles, 42 articles were sent for peer review, and only 30 papers have been accepted for oral presentations (acceptance rate was 88.23%). This international seminar and conference presented five keynote speakers, 3 invited speakers and three parallel sessions. We would like to thank the scientific committee, reviewers and the organizing committee of the Doctoral Program in Education Technology, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, for their relentless participation on this event. Without their hard works, patience and prayers, this event would have been a daydream only. We also conveyed our gratitude to the Rector and the Postgraduate Director of Universitas Negeri Jakarta which had supported this event both finance and other supporting facilities.
