- Abstract
The digitalization of the economy, state, and municipal manage-ment, as well as all spheres of society, poses new global challenges for the education system. In the new context of the relationship between business, the state and citizens, there is a demand for specialists who not only possess theoretical knowledge, but also big data processing methods, the basics of business analytics, the ability to systematically improve their competencies and develop new software products. It is possible to ensure the training of such specialists only through innovative changes in the educa-tional paradigm when “analog” education is increasingly pres-sured by digital education. The authors analyzed the system of the qualimetric approach (SEC) in terms of mathematical model-ing and mathematical statistics of a phased assessment of the results of quantitative measurements of pedagogical studies of the degree of formation of professional competencies (SSPK) of uni-versity graduates using new information and communication technologies (ICT). The program implementation of the described SEC algorithm will allow when it is implemented for various dis-ciplines and training directions, to eliminate the subjective ap-proach and minimize economic and didactic risks.
