Proceedings of the 2016 International Conference on Innovative Material Science and Technology (IMST 2016)
The 2016 International Conference on Innovative Material Science and Technology (IMST2016) is going to be held in Shenzhen, China between August 19th and 21st 2016. The Conference covers a broad range of areas from fundamental materials science and engineering to innovative materials. Semiconductor, superconducting, spintronic, smart and energy materials, as well as biomaterials, along with metallography, surface treatment, fracture analyses and machining of materials in the framework of experimental and computational materials science and technology are just a few subjects covered by the Conference. In this respect, we are very hopeful that the Conference will be highly beneficial for all participants including students, researchers, engineers and instructors. Besides, industrial professionals will find an opportunity to showcase their research results in the fields of Innovative Material Science and Technology. Thus, IMST2016 will be a fructuous platform for the exchange of new ideas and application experiences, as well as establishing new business or research relations and seeking for collaborations. The Conference venue Shenzhen is a major city located just to the North of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is a city developing at an unprecedented pace. Actually, it was one of the World’s fastest-growing cities in 1990s and 2000s. Currently, Shenzhen has a population above 11 million. Shenzhen hosts numerous touristic sites, as well, including Happy Valley, Splendid China, China Folk Culture Village, and Window of the World. The participants will find a great opportunity to taste many kinds of delicious Chinese foods here. As the organizing committee, we are sure that the IMST2016 participants will have pleasant time in Shenzhen. Organization is led by Science & Engineering Research Center, Hong Kong. IMST2016 Scientific Committee consists of six renowned academicians all over the World. We have four keynote speakers who will be talking on a diversity of interesting topics during the Conference. We rigorously assessed 150 submitted papers of which 53 were accepted. We are grateful to our 130 reviewers who dedicated their valuable time and put sincere effort in assessing submissions. We thank to all contributors to IMST2016 whether their submissions were accepted or not. We wish that their invaluable contributions will continue in IMST2017. Conference proceedings will be published by Atlantis Press(www.atlantis-press.com), and submit for EI and CPCI index. We hope that all reports presented at IMST2016 will serve to stimulate further developments in Materials Science and Technology in order to develop and understand the science behind novel materials for the improvement of quality of life. We wish a fruitful and enjoyable event for all participants.
