In a business context, people have defined information technology as "the study, design, development, application, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems. The responsibilities of those working in the field include network administration, software development and installation, and the planning and management of an organization's technology life cycle, by which hardware and software are maintained, upgraded and replaced. The business value of information technology lies in the automation of business processes, provision of information for decision making, connecting businesses with their customers, and the provision of productivity tools to increase efficiency. The 2017 2nd International Forum on Management, Education and Information Technology Application (IFMEITA 2017) was successfully held in Shenzhen, from November 25 to 26 in 2017. This conference is to record the latest findings and promote further research in these areas. Scholars from all relevant academic fields are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts that describe the latest, state-of-the-art research results or innovations. All papers had undergone the careful peer-review by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards before it is selected for publications in these volumes. The total number of submitted papers is 428 and 109 are accepted.
