Abstract

China is one of the world's largest energy consuming countries, energy performance evaluation is one of the issues of concern. This paper analyzes Chinese energy efficiency evaluation in the background of low-carbon including the review of the impact of energy efficiency on economic growth and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the whole society. It has the important guiding significance for the construction of China's energy-saving society.
