- Abstract
According to the teaching rules of sergeant hydraulic course and through proper analysis of current teaching, the appropriate strategies and methods for promoting post capability are given, which are, developing simulation training system, employing the theory-virtuality-reality teaching mode, integrating the teaching content and improving teachers’ teaching capability. The research findings should be beneficial to sergeant-teaching.
