Website: http://2022.icieit.org The 2nd International Conference on Internet, Education and Information Technology (IEIT 2022), scheduled to be held in April 15–17, 2022 in Zhangjiajie, China, was changed to be held online. Focusing on research fields including information technology, education, big data, and Internet, IEIT 2022 expanded channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, built a sharing platform of academic resources, promoted scientific innovation on the global scale, and improved academic cooperation between China and the outside world. During the conference, we had the honor of having invited Prof. Daowen Qiu from Sun Yat-Sen University, China to serve as our Conference General Chair. This online conference was composed of three parts: keynote speeches, oral presentations and online Q&A discussion, attracting more than 200 delegates from all over the world. Firstly, keynote speakers were each allocated 30–45 minutes to hold their speeches. Then in the oral presentations, the excellent papers we had selected were presented by their authors one by one. At the beginning of the conference, four distinguished keynote speakers were invited to address their speeches. Among them, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fonny Dameaty Hutagalung from University of Malaya, Malaysia delivered a speech on: The Trends of Blended Learning in South East Asia. She explained to us the concept of Blended Learning, a combination between face-to-face and online learning aided by ICT platforms and a system that unites face-to-face method of teaching technology appropriately. Moreover, Assoc. Prof. Chris Wood from Zhejiang University, China shared with us his study: Back to Face-Face Learning and Lessons Learned from the Impact of COVID 19 Pandemic on Education. This research themed on promoting high quality development, expanding and encouraging scientific innovation, and provoking industrial solutions to genuine problems. And the study explored the problems faced with education in the past and at present. Their dramatic speeches had triggered heated discussion in the third part of the conference. Besides, every participant praised this conference for disseminating useful and insightful knowledge. After months of hard work and preparation, we have selected and compiled a bunch of high-quality papers into the proceedings after rigorously reviewing them. These papers feature but are not limited to the following topics: Network Based on Smart Antenna, Router and Switch Design, Distance Education Teaching, Information Education, etc. All the papers have been checked through rigorous review and processes to meet the requirements of publication. On behalf of the conference organizing committee, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the keynote speakers, peer reviewers, and all the participants. Especially, our thanks go to The Advances in Computer Science Research, for the endeavor of all its colleagues in publishing this paper volume. We truly believe that all the attendees have had fruitful discussions and gained valuable knowledge, and will enjoy the opportunity for future collaborations. Committee of IEIT 2022
