On behalf of the program committee, we would like to warmly welcome you to attend the 2021 International Conference on Transformations and Innovations in Business and Education (ICTIBE), June 19-20, 2021, in Nanjing China. The conference is jointly organized by Nanjing Institute of Technology in China and University of Oulu in Finland. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for presentation and discussion of the latest trends in transformations and innovations in business and education particularly in developing countries.

We received 51 papers and every paper was sent to at least two reviewers for a blind peer review process. After review authors were given a chance to modify their papers based on review results. Finally, we accepted 34 papers to be published in the conference proceedings.

The conference is financially supported by a special fund of Nanjing Institute of Technology which is greatly appreciated.

School of International Education of Nanjing Institute of Technology established its first Sino-Finnish joint educational undergraduate program in 2018. It has been devoting to cultivating international professionals since its foundation in 2018, and has been a very good example of the friendly cooperation between China and Finland in education.
