We are very pleased to welcome you to the 3rd International Conference on Social Transformation, Community, and Sustainable Development (ICSTCSD 2019) in Purwokerto, Indonesia. The major goal of the event is to bring social science scholars in Asia to exchange and share their experiences and research results about most aspects of social research, particularly in the areas of social transformation, community and sustainable development which is wide enough to explore. We hope you will have a rewarding experience, and use this occasion to meet old friends and make many new ones. Do not miss the opportunity to explore the city of Purwokerto, and to visit other cities and municipalities in Central Java.

ICSTCSD 2019 promises to be both stimulating and informative with a wonderful array of keynote and invited speakers from Asia and beyond. Participants will have a wide range of sessions to choose from and will have good presentations. The program consists of invited sessions, and oral presentations from social researchers. We expect that the papers in this proceeding would provide you valuable academic ideas and stimulate further discussions.
