This study investigates the oral English classes taught by Non-Native English-Speaking Teachers (hereafter NNESTs) and takes a Croatian teacher who is teaching oral English in WEB International English in Cixi, China as an example. The study begins with a review of NNESTs and theoretical frameworks related to this study. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are applied to make an analysis of how NNESTs conduct the oral English class.
