- Abstract
Corporate finance is a required course in the field of micro finance, which plays an important role in finance education system at home and abroad. Due to the difference in education plans and objectives among various levels of higher education, the teaching methods, contents and assessment varies accordingly. This paper illustrates the teaching characteristics of this course in China and developed countries. From the perspective of the education subject in applied universities, combined with foreign teaching methods, guided by OBE teaching idea, through practical exploration, this paper puts forward the reform scheme of teaching and assessment of Corporate Finance course under new situation.
