- Abstract
It cannot make the course more interesting, effective and purposeful only by the way of theory teaching for the course on “Situation and Policy”, lacking interest-oriented teaching practice materials and practice patterns. In order to solve the problems, the writer presents the social function with regards to the regional characteristics of source of students. As the colleges and universities should train high-quality talents for local communities, he suggests making full use of the rich resources of red culture within a region to combine the textbook contents of the course on “Situation and Policy” with the contents of red culture scientifically in order to explore and develop the rich teaching materials and practice model.
