- Abstract
This study aims to describe learning ecosystems during the COVID-19 pandemic in fifth grade students of YPPK Santo Tarsisius Biankuk Meraike elementary school, where almost all students cannot participate in online learning (DARING) due to limited communication media. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation with descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show (1) Ecosystem learning during the COVID-19 pandemic really helps students understand the components of the ecosystem, although it is very limited; (2) The activeness of students in completing report assignments looks good; and (3) the role of teachers during the pandemic period includes mentoring and motivators.
