International conference on Social and Political Sciences (ICSPS) is an annual conference organized by the Faculty of Social and political Sciences (FISIP) Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta. To explain the complexity of democracy practices in Indonesian during the reformation era requires interdisciplinary scholarly imagination and new approaches. In order to achieve this goal, the Faculty invited scholars, academics, researchers, and NGO members to join our 3rd International Conference. The Conference is entitled “Celebrating Two Decades of Indonesia’s Reformation: Reexamining Democracy, State, and Civil Society” which was held on the 14th -15th of November, 2017.
