- Abstract
The halal industry worldwide has undergone significant expansion in recent decades, establishing itself as one of the most vibrant and promising economic fields in the global marketplace. This research explores the halal industry’s future possibilities by analyzing market trends. Employing a qualitative methodology, this study thoroughly examines market trends and regulatory policies within the halal sector. The results indicate that the halal industry is evolving beyond simply responding to market trends; instead, market dynamics are starting to align with and adjust to the shifts within the halal industry. This signifies that halal products have established themselves as a new benchmark across diverse sectors such as food and beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and tourism. Prominent companies in these areas are increasingly embracing halal standards to attract both Muslim and non-Muslim consumers who prioritize quality, ethical considerations, and product safety. This trend implies that the halal industry possesses immense potential for future expansion and advancement.
