Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019)
On behalf of the Organizers, it is my pleasure to present to your attention these Proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019).
Our 5th International Conference on Social, Economic, and Academic Leadership (ICSEALV 2019) was held in Prague by the Prague Institute for Qualification Enhancement on 27-28 September 2019. Conference organisers succeeded in bringing and accommodating together academics, researchers, as well as graduate students. The Conference featured several keynote addresses, oral presentations, and poster presentations that sparked vivid discussions.
The ICSBAL 2019 conference was envisaged as the next conference in the line of successive events following the 1st International Conference “Social, economic, and academic leadership for the future sustainable development of business and education" held in Prague during from 12th to 15th of September 2017. Subsequent events and conferences on the same topic held in 2018 and 2019 also resulted in very timely publications by Atlantis Press.
All the papers were collected and clustered into the six main Conference tracks covering similar thematic areas which allowed the organizers to present the contributions in a well-structured way. The ultimate structure of the Proceedings from the ICSEALV 2019 Conference can be presented in a form of six main tracks, namely:
Leadership in social life and popular culture
Leadership in economics and business
Leadership in academia and education
Leadership and renewable and sustainable energy
Digital leadership
Leadership in international relations and political sciences
Apart from all the above, it was really a pleasure for the conference organisers to host a mix of outstanding multidisciplinary papers co-authored by the groups of up to three researchers. This fact increases the relevance and the interdisciplinary nature of our Proceedings.
Our Proceedings are available online and are open access. Thence, their coverage is enormous, and their spread is virtually unlimited. Using the power of Internet, these Proceedings can be transferred, downloaded, shared, and cited in all corners of the world. Due to some interesting and novel information it contains, they might be relevant for researchers, policy makers, stakeholders, or academics of all kinds. We greatly encourage everyone to download, read, use and cite these Proceedings. Moreover, we would be very happy to see these Proceedings being used in teaching, schooling, as a point of reference, or a source of inspiration for anyone interested in leadership in all its forms.
