- Abstract
As China’s employment pressure is getting more and more serious, and the job market competition is getting increasingly fierce, Chinese graduates have gradually formed their own employment preferences. Based on the interviews with five graduates, it is concluded that graduates tend to prefer stable job types and large cities as their workplace. To make the first step from theory to practice, graduates need to exercise their subjective initiative urgently.
