International Conference on Student and Disabled Student Development 2019 (ICoSD 2019) was held on 29th November – 1st December 2019, at KSL Hotel & Resort, Johor Bahru, Johor, organized by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education Malaysia, and The Office of Student Affairs, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia along with Institution of Fellow Development (IPF) as the co-organizer.

The theme of the ICoSD 2019 is "ENHANCING DIVERSITY ENGAGEMENT AND CELEBRATING INCLUSION," with aims to enhance vital networking and creating an international platform to ease knowledge transfer among educators, practitioners, researchers, and students. This conference consists of oral presentation sessions, 3-minute idea competition, and focus group discussions with a wide range of topics in Social Science, Education, and Humanities Research. In this conference, an international forum session was held to present, discuss, and exchange ideas on employment equality between a non-and disabled person concerning their treatment, opportunities, and economic achievement in the works place. Besides, this forum also covers relevant areas in student affairs, disabled student issues, and any related field to student developments.

We have received about 300 participants for three days program, including oral presentation slots, 3-minute idea competition, focus group discussions, and an international forum. On this occasion, four keynote speakers had delivered their outstanding research works in various fields. There were 43 oral presentations by participants, which brought great opportunity to share their recent study on a variety of topics, including but not limited to the following tracks: Student affairs, Sustainability, Student Engagement in Community, Industrial revolution 4.0, Employability, Volunteerism, and Sports Involvement.

We want to thank the organization, the committee members, and the reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their manuscripts. We also would like to express our gratitude to the authors for contributing their research works in this conference.
