- Abstract
This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective student worksheets on mathematical learning based on modeling to develop higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) of class XI high school students in semester 2. This development research uses a design research type of development study. The trial was carried out in three stages, namely: expert trials and one to one, small group, and field tests. The subject of this research is the worksheet of students. The instruments used consisted of expert review validation sheets, student assessments, and learning outcomes test instruments. The results showed that the developed Student worksheet had fulfilled the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. (1) The results of validity indicate that the Student worksheet developed in the valid category with the average index of experts and comments from students one to one. (2) The results of the small group show the Student worksheet developed in the practical category. (3) The results of the field test show that the Student worksheet is effective from the HOTS students
