One of the Small And Medium Industry (IKM) centers that are targeted by UPL activities in Malang City is the Dinoyo ceramic industry center. The goal is to find out the success of policy implementation in the center of the ceramic industry dinoyo according to grindle policy implementation model. The results of the study are expected to be input and reverence material for interested parties.
