The design of this study used a time series design using one group of subjects without a control group. Subject selection is done by matching, namely by determining the subject criteria used. Wilcoxon test analysis results show a critical Z value between −1.96 and 1.96, and a p-value significance value of 0.018 (<0.05) which shows a very significant difference in scores in the posttest and pretest, which means that support group therapy is performed in this group effective for reducing stress on ODGJ caregivers.
