It is a great pleasure to introduce the 3rd International Conference on Economy, Management and Entrepreneurship (ICOEME 2020), which was held on August 28-29, 2020 in Moscow, Russia. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ICOEME 2020 was held in on-line format.

The purpose of the Conference was to provide a unified scientific platform for scientists, teachers and practitioners from different countries to discuss topical issues and innovations in the field of Economy, Management and Entrepreneurship. ICOEME 2020 was held successfully thanks to the joint efforts of participants from Russia, China, Singapore, Japan, Republic of Korea and Thailand.

The 3rd International Conference on Economy, Management and Entrepreneurship was jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co., Ltd. (China).

The Committees of ICOEME 2020 have received 197 manuscripts, and 99 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
