Abstract

This article takes “Xinmiao Program”, the innovation and entrepreneurship program of Chinese college students, as an example. Through an empirical investigation of 162 principals of this program, the author further understands the implementation, practical utility and shortcomings of this program, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide references for the cultivation of innovative talents and the construction of entrepreneurship practice and education system in colleges and universities.
