Abstract

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the teaching teams of newly-built undergraduate colleges in China during the transition period. It points out that only through strengthening the construction of the teaching teams can the smooth development of the transformation be ensured and the colleges supply applied talents with high professional qualities for local social development and economic construction.
