Welcome to the Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Culture and Sustainable Development (ICOCAS 2024). The 2nd International Conference on Culture and Sustainable Development (ICOCAS) 2024 adopts the theme “The Urgency of Humanities in Current Cultural Dynamics.” This international seminar remains committed to the global goals outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The seminar aims to provide a platform for academics at the global level to discuss and disseminate research findings related to the role of humanities in cultural dynamics and its relation to sustainable development at the international level. The scope of topics includes studies in Culture, including History, Literature, and Linguistics, as well as Library and Information Science.
