We, the committee of STIE Bank BPD Jateng, thank the University of Stikubank, University of Janabadra, University of Flores, STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen, and University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo, as the Co-host of this international conference. We also thank to the governor of Central Java, Indonesia H. Ganjar Pranowo, S.H, M.H, as the key note speaker and Prof. Chih Peng Chu from National Dong Hwa University Taiwan, Prof. Dr. Abdul Talib Bin Bon from University of Tun Husein Onn Malaysia, and Ali Mursid, SS, MM, Ph.D from STIE Bank BPD Jateng, Indonesia as the speakers.
The academic societies are, now, called to increase the development of resources and competencies in the global competition, especially In achieving competitive advantages and sustainability in Post Covid 19 Era. The implementation is that we have to learn together and share the competencies in many kinds of sciences, such as management, banking, and financial management as well as accounting.
The academic societies believe that this program will contribute to create a sustainable development advantage in the global economy.

First of all, let us thank to Allah SWT who has blessed us so that the Proceeding of the 3rd International Conference on Banking, Accounting, Management and Economics (ICOBAME) can be publish without any meaningful barrier. The seminar with the theme of “The Dramatic Change of Business Innovation in Achieving Competitive Advantage and Sustainability in Post Covid 19 Era held on December 17, 2020 via Online System could take place successfully due to the collaboration between STIE Bank BPD Jateng and many universities as Co-Host in which one of them is Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. As we all know, this proceeding contains papers from many universities which have been presented and discussed in the seminar. Hopefully, the proceeding can give us many benefits, can open our thought, and can increase our knowledge. Praise is always in God, because with his grace and guidance, the third International Conference on Banking, Accounting, Management and Economics (3rd ICOBAME) can be implemented. The conference takes the theme “The Dramatic Change of Business Innovation in Achieving Competitive Advantage and Sustainability in Post Covid 19 Era”. As we have seen, that since January 1, 2016 free trade in Southeast Asia, known as the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has been enacted. Indonesia as the largest country in Southeast Asia has a very important role in economic development in the region. The aim OF AEC is the free of goods, services, and a skilled workforce, as well as investment flows more freely. Realizing the regional economy is stable and prosperous society in the ASEAN region. Surely this is the hope of all of us as the people of Indonesia, and hopefully benefit not only enjoyed by a few countries only, but people all over Southeast Asia, this topic is very interesting, thus inviting a wide range of economic figures to attend as resource person, including from Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia.
