Website: https://iconnsmal-unej.or.id/ We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants of “The 2nd International Conference on Neural Networks and Machine Learning 2023 (ICNNML 2023).” Hosted by PUIPT Combinatorics and Graph, CGANT, at the University of Jember, the conference took place on November 7–8, 2023, drawing attendees from numerous countries. The event featured a wide array of discussions on neural networks and machine learning, encompassing topics from science and mathematics to the advancement of software engineering for fields like biological sciences, biomedical engineering, and physical engineering. The goal of this conference is to establish a yearly gathering where members of civil society, research scholars, educators, authors, physicists, teachers, and professionals worldwide can convene to exchange insights and disseminate knowledge on neural networks and machine learning. This annual event is dedicated to presenting and deliberating the latest research outcomes, fostering the dissemination of new theoretical, methodological, and empirical knowledge, as well as enhancing the understanding of neural networks, machine learning, and their practical applications. Information on the conference topics is available on the iconnsmal-unej.or.id website. ICNNML 2023 welcomed 93 attendees from various nations, including undergraduates, postgraduates, researchers, academics, specialists, scientists, educators, and professionals. The conference received 68 paper submissions, with 63 of these undergoing a rigorous review process. Despite the stringent evaluation criteria, we successfully selected 28 papers for publication in the journal Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Neural Networks and Machine Learning 2023(ICNNML2023)Advances in Intelligent Systems Research. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support provided by the University of Jember in 2023.
