Abstract

Small changes in the production plan will cause frequent changes in machine tools, which brings the NC program quickly transplant needs, this paper integrates simulation, post processing and cutting parameters optimization technology, based on a typical example, successfully proposed and validated a fast transplantation method of NC program based on Vericut, to meet the needs of project business process rapid transplantation.
