- Abstract
Through the statistics of the replacement parts of the B737NG aircraft pneumatic system, it is found that the precooler control valve(PCCV) is an important factor leading to the pneumatic system failure. It is concluded that the working conditions and the maintenance quality of the PCCV are the main reasons for the high failure. It is suggested that strengthening the quality management of the parts for repair and monitoring the performance of the components are effective ways to improve the reliability of the aircraft pneumatic system.
