Abstract

Network planning methods in the construction of a wide range of applications, it meets the regulatory requirements of construction, especially for the organization and management of the project implementation process. At present, China in the application of project management, particularly the implementation of the planned monitoring and control, tracking and adjustment lags behind, basically still stuck in the preparation of the plan. In this paper, the status quo of network technology management application in the implementation process analysis, targeted approaches and methods proposed network planning technology applications.
