Abstract

In this paper, a simple decision-making model has been established based on the method of fuzzy opinion centralized decision, and the date about the NBA teams of Weston part has been analyzed. In this model, the Borda number method and weighted Borda number method are presented to rank the capability of NBA teams of Weston part, and a satisfactory ranking result is obtained.
