"The 2nd International Conference on Management, Economy and Law (ICMEL 2021)" was held on September 15-16, 2021 in Moscow, Russia. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the conference was held online.

Mutual integration and development stimulation are carried out among the disciplines of Economics, Management, and Law. Economics offers profit analysis tools for microcosmic bodies and serves as tools for government regulating macro economy. Management provides optimal implementation plans based on experience. Law provides guarantees for the fair and orderly operation of economic life. In the current fight against COVID-19, it’s crucial to maintain healthy economic development, scientific and effective social governance, just and fair legal environment for promoting the development of digital economy, urban and rural governance, regional economic and cultural construction, and the sharing of the world economy.

This academic conference will be organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Moscow, Russia). More than 50 scholars from universities and institutions in China, Canada, the UK, and USA are expected to attend the conference online. 93 papers were submitted to the conference, of which 53 were accepted after a comprehensive review by three reviewers and published by Atlantis Press (part of Springer Nature).
