- Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in Banking Industry. The object for this research is employee at teller and front office banking. This research was done to 75 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in Banking Industry. It has been proven from the result of (f) simulant test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports hypothesis. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between work stress, workload and time demands of work to turnover intention in Banking Industry.
