Abstract

According to the FMS actual production scheduling problems, this paper established a Petri nets scheduling model, And based on this model, we proposed a static scheduling algorithm combined with Petri nets reachability graph and A* heuristic graph search algorithm, Then a simulation experiment of the FMS dynamic scheduling optimization problem which has the emergency was conducted to verified the effectiveness of the dynamic scheduling strategy.
