- Abstract
Since ancient times, China has been a nation that fascinate in drinking tea, and the ancient people are particularly fond of tea-drinking. <Superfluous Things> has a good reference value for tea-drinking in Ming Dynasty. According to the content of Wen Zhenheng’s work, the narratives are made from four aspects: the selection of tea, the steps of cooking tea, the matching of tea sets and the creation of a tea-tasting environment. This chapter summarizes the characteristics of the tea-drinking fashion in the Ming dynasty, which contributes to the development and supplement of Chinese history about the tea culture, conveying the value concept of the unique tea-drinking fashion Chinese nation own.
