Data science and AI are indispensable tools in the modern business environment. They provide actionable insights, enhance efficiency, personalize customer interactions and offer a strategic edge over competitors. As these technologies continue to evolve, their importance in driving business success will only increase. All published papers show the latest advances in AI, machine learning (ML) and data science-related applications in the business domain with emphasis on how all these technologies can improve daily business activities and increase productivity. The hereby presented papers are representative of, but not limited to, the business-applied innovation in information technology in business, particularly in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC region), but also in the rest of the world. Additionally, all presented research findings promote the bridging from fundamental research on data science and AI that led to industry products, business knowledge and standardization.
