Abstract

This paper analyzed the talent require-ments and talent quality status quo of the new situation of the shipping industry, innovative put forward the concept of "three types" teacher' team, and made a deep discussion about how to create and realize the "three types" teachers' team, we also received preliminary results. We provided the theoretical guidance and practical experience for building the higher engineering education which has industry characteristics.
