Abstract

China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) applies work break-down structure (WBS), baseline compari-son, and information system for aero-space-oriented project management and great achievement is obtained. The paper presents the research of aerospace-oriented project management in CALT. A solution is provided including the WBS-based plan development, multiple plan coordination, and dynamic control of aerospace-oriented projects in CALT. The impact of the approach is also analyzed.
