The 2nd International Conference on Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (ICIAI2021) was held blended (online and on site) in Tunisia, on 28-30 November, 2021. The first edition was held in Polytechnic University, Madrid, Spain. The conference focuses on original research and practice-driven applications. It will be held annually. This conference is organized by Slama Best Choice International Event Organization Company (Tunisia) and hosted by National School of Engineering in Tunisia and Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Research Center, Sousse Technopole, Tunisia. The ICIAI 2021 main theme is: Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence. ICIAI2021 provides a common linkage between a vibrant scientific and research community and industry professionals by offering a clear view of modern problems and challenges in information technology. It offers a balance between innovative industrial approaches and original research work while keeping the readers informed of the security techniques, approaches, applications, and new technologies.

The range of topics covered in the 2nd ICIAI 2021 Proceeding includes the theoretical and empirical papers on covering variety subjects of Smart Cities, Vehicle to Home, Neural Networks, VANets, Machine Learning, Healthcare 4.0, Internet of Things, Deep Learning, Cloud Environment, and other areas of Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (AI). There were 20 invited speakers from India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Italy, Canada, Egypt, Brazil, Lebanon, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia. There were 41 papers that were accepted after double blind reviewed.

We would like to thank all of those who helped and supported ICIAI 2021. Each individual and institution's support was very important for the success of this event. Specifically, we would like to acknowledge the advisory board, international advisory board, scientific committee, and organizing committee for their valuable advice, help, suggestion, and support in the organization and helpful peer-reviewing process of the papers. We also hope that this conference will provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various Industry 4.0 and AI fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of technologies.
