- Abstract
As an innovative ecological conservation model, the community conservation concession agreement (CCCA) focuses on the involvement of social forces compared with traditional conservation mechanisms. It emerges as a feasible environmental conservation system for the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with fragile ecological environments and important ecological value. However, in practical applications, challenges persist within the CCCA, such as a lack of legislation, ambiguous legal definitions, and inadequate legal guarantees. This paper aims to clarify the internal legal relationship of the CCCA through theoretical analysis and lays a legal foundation for its integration into the ecological legislation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Furthermore, combined with problems of the CCCA practice in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the legislation of ecological conservation.
