- Abstract
Risk is one of the characteristics of contemporary society. In the process of digital transformation, Pearson Group, which is in a risk society, also faces many external risks and “created risks”. By analyzing the external and internal risks (economic risks, technical risks and human risks) faced by Pearson in the digital transformation, this paper discusses Pearson’s risk aversion in the digital transformation, with a view to providing reference and inspiration for the digital transformation of China’s traditional education publishing industry, and grasping opportunities in the risk.
