- Abstract
Since returning to the motherland, Macao has carried out a series of reforms in the non-higher education section. After the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region successively promulgated a series of laws and regulations on basic academic ability and curriculum framework, The education and Youth Bureau has prepared relevant curriculum guidelines according to the needs of curriculum reform, at the same time, carried out pilot teaching plan. his study takes 2016 Curriculum Guidelines for Chinese Education in Middle School (the first language is the teaching language) as the theoretical research object, put the teaching plan of the pilot plan school as a practical reference, this paper explores the Chinese curriculum of junior middle schools in Macao from the aspects of curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum teaching and curriculum evaluation. Based on the above exploration, this paper puts forward some enlightenments such as basing on local and global perspectives, formulating laws and regulations for curriculum reform, refining the curriculum guidelines, implementing the curriculum pilot plan of teaching optimization and obtaining a series of teaching resources.
