Abstract

With Hubei’s economy entering the new normal, the supply and demand and development of skilled talents affect the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of scientific and technological innovation in Hubei Province. Facing the great historical development opportunity of “building fulcrum, walking in the front row”, how to build a high-level and high skilled talents team is particularly important. In view of the above problems, after understanding the supply and demand situation of skilled talents in key manufacturing private enterprises in Hubei Province, this paper analyzes the reasons for the imbalance of supply and demand of skilled talents from three aspects: environment, use of skilled talents and supply of skilled talents, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the above three perspectives.
