- Abstract
Nowadays, people are under great pressure. It is becoming more and more common to relieve stress by refreshing the body's essential oils, calming emotions and restoring physical and mental health. However, the service content and project similarity of aromatherapy products on the market are extremely high, and it is extremely difficult for the market to have a differentiation advantage, which is easy to cause consumer loyalty and is easily replaced. Therefore, how to provide emotional sensory aromatherapy combination products with scientific data from aromatherapy practitioners will be the main research focus of this study. Therefore, this study will conduct a survey of various aroma formulas by questionnaire survey, and then through statistical analysis to understand the degree of differentiation and change of various aroma formulations. And to understand the emotional perception of various aromas, so that in the future will provide a variety of aroma formulas with a clearer emotional awareness of positioning, which will significantly shorten the time required for demand communication and tailor-made proposals to improve service efficiency.
