Abstract

Psychological capital is positive mental state shows individual in the growth and development process, is to promote the personal development and performance improvement of the psychological resources. Modern human resources management development urgently requires the core psychological factor attaches great importance to strengthen the psychological capital, psychological capital development through the innovation of human resource management. To realize the effective development of psychological capital, we should carry on the innovation of human resource management.
