Abstract

This thesis is aimed at the study of undergraduates to join the army. Through the collection and analysis of the undergraduates to joined the army policy and interviewed the undergraduates whose retired army to study undergraduates joins the army mobilization mechanism. According to the arrangement of the policy of the undergraduates joined the army, it can be divided into the resumption of schooling policy arrangement, the army retired materials policy arrangement and undergraduates to join the army personal developmental policy arrangement of these three aspects. From the undergraduates policy arrangement, to observe join the army undergraduates reaction. Therefore, this thesis is depth analysis of the undergraduates to join the army of the power source and mobilization mechanism in the process of running way. Undergraduates to join the army mobilization mode can be divided into the dynamic model and static model two kinds of forms. The undergraduates join the army is analyzed according to mobilization mode.
