- Abstract
In order to understand the relationship between high school students’ academic stress and sleep quality, 100 high school students in Beijing were tested by PSS Perceived Stress Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Big Five Personality Test. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between academic stress and sleep quality. There was a positive correlation between academic stress and neuroticism in the Big five.
