- Abstract
Preschool education is an important part of the national education system and the guarantee of basic education. At present, China’s preschool education has developed rapidly, but there is a shortage of preschool education resources, especially the situation that the professional level of preschool education teachers is still low, which makes it difficult to meet the social demand for education. In this study discusses the new era of pre-school education teachers in the process of forming the pre-school education teachers team construction lack of institutional guarantee, preschool teachers’ shortage, structural imbalance, to improve quality of education, preschool teachers’ pay and social status on the basis of generally low problem, analyzes the pre-school education teachers team construction reasons of these problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
